Bryan Bautista is a third-generation farmer who in recent years has become a passionate producer of specialty coffee. After early success in microlot production, Bryan and his parents, Juan Adolfo and Maria Dolores, decided to focus entirely on coffee. Today, Finca Adolfo produces from 11 hectares and preserves 1 hectare of forest with a natural spring. This is a beautiful washed coffee with expressive acidity and delicate floral notes and is a perfect example of the wonderful coffees that come from this family farm!
