With hundreds of unique languages and cultural groups, when we talk about diversity there are few places that rival Papua New Guinea. Coffee here is relatively new, cultivation only dating back tp the 1920’s, and until recently quality has been somewhat difficult to find. With their PSC (Premium Smallholder Coffee) program, Sigri Estate was one of the first to separate and classify lots from hundreds of neighboring “Coffee Gardens”. Thanks to this work we can explore the flavors of one of the “least explored places in the world”.
